Salad is a healthy food in our diet. It keeps us fit and healthy.
Based on the above theme the co-curricular monthly activity was conducted for the students of classes 6 to 8 The objective of the activity was to inculcate healthy eating habits and to learn about nutritional benefits of healthy eating.
The students displayed various types of vegetables and fruit salads prepared from commonly available ingredients in their own innovative way. Teamwork, plating and nutritional value were the basic parameters for the presentation.
