The activity of the month for November was Puzzle Mania. It was conducted for the students of classes 1 to 5.
The objective of the activity was to develop and improve the cognitive skills of children. Puzzles are brain boosting exercises. Solving them makes children think, reason and remember. Simultaneously achieving all of these sharpens their memory, builds their skills, increases their focus and concentration level to a great extent.
A worksheet on word search was given class wise. The first ten students who found the solution were further divided into 2 groups wherein there were 5 members in each group. Hands-on puzzle was given to both the groups and the one who had completed first were awarded with certificates. The students actively participated in the activities with great enthusiasm.
