“Giving is the greatest act of grace”.
The Outreach Committee along with the Sneha Dhara team from Vidya Vikas Academy organized a donation drive from 12th to 18th December 2023 with the aim of fostering a spirit of giving and supporting Valentina’s Little Heaven orphanage in Colva. The school initiated an extensive awareness campaign through posters, announcements and designated collection points across the school premises. The campaign,witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and teachers who donated stationary, clothes, and groceries. The team consisting of 10 staff and 25 students visited the orphanage, on 19th December 2023. The success of this initiative highlights the generosity and compassion of the school community. The team had an amazing opportunity to interact, perform a skit, sing carols, conduct Fluid Art activity and also perform a magic show for the children as we handed over the things collected during the donation drive. The smile on their face said much more than just a thank you. It was indeed a very exhilarating satisfaction.
