A Faculty Development session for the French teachers was conducted on 27th January 2024 by Mrs. Carol Gomes Barreto Miranda to enhance French Language Instruction.
The objective of the session aimed to equip french teachers with innovative strategies and promote effective learning outcomes among students.
Mrs. Carol emphasized that a committed French teacher should possess a genuine fondness for the language to effectively engage students and go beyond the textbook boundaries. She highlighted upon making a class interactive by using simple techniques to improve the four fold skills of communication at every level.
Incorporating task-based activities for language production was a major takeaway from this session. It proved to be highly informative, equipping the educators with essential tools for effective Teaching-Learning Process.
