The students of 11th humanities were taken for a study excursion to Millenium Bakery in Verna in order to understand the bakery operations which included sanitation practices, customer service and inventory management, as well as gain insight in entrepreneurship skills.
The visit to Millenium Bakery was both informative and enjoyable for the students. The experience not only complemented their academic learning but also ignited an appreciation for the artistry and dedication involved in the culinary world. The students witnessed the intricate process of cake production, from mixing ingredients to decorating.
The excursion served as a valuable addition to the students’ educational journey, broadening their perspectives and fostering a deeper understanding of the subjects studied in their curriculum. The experience has been significant not only providing a memorable outing but also sparked potential interest in business-related careers.
