The Van Mahotsav special assembly was held on 5th July 2024, by the students of class 1 to 5. The event aimed to highlight the significance of trees and promote sustainable practices among the school community. Students recited heartfelt poems that celebrated the beauty of nature, sang melodious songs and presented a thought-provoking skit depicting the consequences of deforestation and the urgent need for afforestation initiatives.
A touching moment during the assembly was when the Principal and Vice Principal tied a friendship band around a plant. This symbolic gesture underscored the school’s commitment to nurturing and protecting the environment as a cherished friend. The event left a lasting impression on everyone present, reinforcing the importance of environmental conservation.
