Guru Purnima is an auspicious day that reminds us of the significance of teachers, masters and gurus in our lives. To celebrate the occasion, a special assembly was conducted for the students of classes 1 to 5 on 22nd July 2024. The objective of the assembly was to show the significance of respect and reverence given to a guru. The assembly began with Guru Mantra after which a prayer dance . The assembly also included a speech, poem, dohe and quotes. A video highlighting the importance of a guru in students life was also shown to the students.
After the assembly, a small quiz was conducted wherein questions were asked related to the information provided in the assembly. Through the assembly the students understood the importance of Gurus in our lives. The students expressed their love and devotion towards the Principal, Vice- Principal and teachers by offering flowers & cards to them.
