Vidya Vikas Academy organised its very first psychology fest, titled ‘Psychcsync’ on 11 October 2024. The objective of the fest was to engage students in various psychological concepts through interactive experiments and exhibits, fostering a deeper understanding of the human mind and behavior.
One of the highlights of Psychcsync was the diverse range of interactive exhibits, including live demonstrations of cognitive experiments and sensory perception challenges. Students of classes 7-10, had the opportunity to participate in activities like The Stroop Effect Test, Finger Olympics, Magnetized Perception, The Rubber Hand Illusion, The Keep or Steal Dilemma illustrated the complexities of attention and cognitive processing.
The fest encouraged students to explore psychology as a vital part of their education and daily lives, instilling a sense of responsibility towards mental wellness in their community. Overall, Psychcsync was a resounding success, leaving students inspired and informed about the intricacies of the human mind.
