On the occasion of National Library day, Vidya Vikas Academy organised a webinar on ‘The best seller books which teach life lessons and tips to increase vocabulary’ on 12th August 2021. The webinar was conducted by Mr. Anthony Gomes, Professor at Goa University. Mr. Anthony Gomes is a gold medallist at M.A. in French from Goa University and has a Diploma in French language (DELF) from the French Ministry of Education.
Mr. Gomes shared the titles of some reference books and advised the students to read newspapers, blogs, etc. He shared his experiences on how his intrest in reading motivated him to do better in life. He spoke about cultivating good reading habits.
