The ATL lab aims to create an environment of scientific temperament, innovation, creativity among Indian students.
A key part of innovation involves learning to use the hardware components in order to design the desirable circuits and this requires hands-on practice. With schools closed and distance learning becoming a norm, teaching the hardware basics became difficult. This led to the exploration of the software domain and learning about things which minimized or eliminated the use of hardware components.
Animation and 3D Modelling was introduced to class 11 and class 12. With the rise of digital animation in this century, the medium’s financial clout has grown even greater. This would provide students with basic insights in the animation field.
App development course is introduced to class 8 students. The aim of this study is to develop a mobile application from the Scratch programming language in order to develop programming skills of the students. An online Sensitization Workshop on Innovation, Creativity and Ideation with focus on Prototyping was organized for class 7 students. The Objective of the workshop was to raise awareness on the topics related to Innovation and Creativity.
