Inculcating values and ethics through education – Value Education Exhibition.
These are times when one realizes the need for stronger moral values in students to enable them to face personal and professional challenges. Coping with the new normal, Vidya Vikas Academy has ensured that learning never stops.
Education is necessarily a process of inculcating values to equip the learner lead a life—a kind of life that is satisfying to the individual in accordance with the cherished values and ideals of the society. The diverse and rich cultural heritage that we are so fortunate to inherit in our country is in many ways symbolic of the foundation and wellspring of values from which we draw our values nourishment. Life of individuals and communities and that of our saints, sages and philosophers are examples of values like self-discipline, survival in the absence of material resources, simplicity, handling conflicts without violence, exploring simple but revolutionary ideas as a mark of superior conduct and living.
Teachers at VVA have put in their extra efforts apart from their regular academic syllabus, into making interesting Value Education videos for our students. A Virtual Value Education Exhibition was put up on the 29th of January 2022, showcasing the work of the students. The students have worked diligently and learned from our talented teachers to create a body of work. With online classes on full flow, the exhibition offered the students much needed opportunity to showcase their creativity.
We were very much excited to present this virtual exhibition of our students.
