STEAM Lab Report for December 2022

December has been a month students were able to enjoy the STEAM LAB period by doing activities ranging from how shadows are made and making shadow animals, to straw rockets. The students also learnt how to use 3D pens and created wonderful pieces of art. Building with mechanix has also been a big part in letting the children explore their creative and engineering side. 3D printing has become quite a mainstay in today’s world, which is why the students learnt how to use slicing software where they are able to manipulate and fine tune the 3D printing process of the objects that they had designed in the previous months.

The students of 6th standard learnt how to code an arduino using Blocks and simulation software where they could experiment with different circuits safely and without the risk of damaging components.
