The Pre Primary section of Vidya Vikas Academy recently organised a lively event, “Bhangrachem Goem,” in honor of Goa’s diverse cultural legacy on No School Bag Day. The event commenced with an informative assembly on Goa Liberation Day, fostering awareness about the region’s historical significance. Students actively participated in an extempore session, showcasing their creativity and knowledge related to Golden Goa. The highlight of the event was a captivating cultural program where students showcased various traditional and modern Goan occupations, enhancing their understanding of local heritage.
The programme concluded with a lively group dance performance with the lively tunes of Goan music. The corridor boards adorned with colorful charts served as visual aids, accentuating the importance of Goan tradition and cultural diversity. The event helped the students strengthen their ties to Goa’s rich history and customs.
