Continuing its tradition of celebrating Daan Utsav, Vidya Vikas Academy organised a donation drive with the intent of amplifying ‘the spirit of giving’ amongst the students. Students and teachers of all grades participated in this drive and donated items from old toys to books.
On 14th November 2022, essential items such as soaps, clothes etc. were provided to the children of Valentina’s Little Heaven Orphanage, Colva. The students of class 11 and 12 were given the opportunity to visit the orphanage along with teachers and donate all the collected items. The students also had the opportunity to interact with the children and put up a short yet memorable musical performance for the children and caretakers of the orphanage.
