With technology playing a crucial role in everyday life, the event aimed to educate students about protecting themselves online and fostering responsible digital behavior.
The celebration featured skits by students that highlighted common cyber crimes like phishing, identity theft, and cyberbullying, raising awareness about the dangers lurking online. A
presentation followed, offering practical tips on staying safe, such as creating strong passwords, recognizing scams, and safeguarding personal information.
Observing Computer Security Day highlighted the importance of creating a secure digital environment. Students learned to identify and avoid online scams, suspicious emails, and
fraudulent websites, while emphasizing the need to protect personal data and exercise caution when sharing information online.
