Vidya Vikas Academy celebrated Kool School Day for students of classes 6 to 10.Students were excited to come dressed in smart casuals and whole heartily participated in various activities that were planned for them in the second half of the day.
Healthy meals for the children in school are very important as it bridges the time gap between breakfast and lunch. Students of Class 6 & 7 were encouraged to bring healthy sandwiches and fruits from home and were encouraged to learn benefits of nutritious food.
Zumba involves movement of the entire body from your arms to your shoulders and to your feet you’ll get a full-body workout that doesn’t feel like work.The students from classes 6 to 10 were engaged in a dance session by dance teacher who made students swing to the beat of some popular songs.
Later students of class 6 & 7 were given a demonstration of basic Karate by Kyoshi Shakti Stephen. Karate helps in cultivating self discipline and body and mind coordination. While students of classes 8 to 10 were engaged in activities like -group games and dramatization in their respective class.
The students enjoyed “Kool School Day” as it was relaxing and gave them opportunity to engage in various hands-on activities.
