On October 28, 2024, Vidya Vikas Academy hosted a Leadership Camp aimed at fostering leadership qualities, teamwork, responsibility, and boosting the confidence of class 5 students.
The day commenced with a morning prayer, followed by an engaging Laughter Yoga session led by Tr. Ashutosh. After a nutritious breakfast, the students moved to the activity hall for a storytelling session conducted by Tr. Kimberly, designed to inspire the leader within each student.
The camp featured various games led by Tr. Balika, Tr. Sonia, and Tr. Manju, which the students thoroughly enjoyed. Following a lunch break, Resource Person Mr. Melford Ferrao and his team conducted a session focused on leadership skills. Through interactive games and activities, they highlighted the significance of leadership, initiative, and teamwork.
In the afternoon, a lively jam-up and dance session led by Tr. Mamta, and Tr. Kenisha encouraged active participation from all students. After a tea break, Tr. Sayed conducted a workshop on building long-distance communication devices.
The students went home with happy memories and were also thrilled with the take away gift given to them.
