The Pre-Primary Section of Vidya Vikas Academy celebrated the kite festival -Makar Sankranti with great zeal and enthusiasm on 13th January, 2023.
A special assembly was conducted where the students were introduced to the various ways Makar Sankranti is celebrated in different states . Students narrated how this festival of Sun God holds an eternal meaning symbolizing divinity and wisdom.
The significance of this festival was portrayed beautifully through dance and enactments . A candy segment which added to this harvest celebration was a fashion show by our tiny tots.
