The “Melody Magic -Singing” activity was conducted for classes 1 to 5.It aimed to enhance students’ musical skills and appreciation. It included:
Introduction to Melodies and Rhythms: Students learned rhythm patterns by clapping along with singing simple melodies.
Vocal Warm-ups: Vocal exercises before each session improved students’ singing abilities and range.
Age-Appropriate Songs: Catchy songs for younger students, complex melodies for older ones.
Creative Expression: Students improvised melodies, boosting confidence and individuality.
Solo Performances: Each Students performed songs, recognizing individual talents
The activity’s success showcased its value in promoting musical skills, confidence, and collaboration among students.
There will be a Singing Activity “Magic Melody” conducted next week in music room. Students are requested to prepare themselves with any one of their favourite song. Best singers will be given a certificate. Students will be judged on melody, pitch and song selection.
