The Goa State Innovation Council Organised a one-day session for students of Vidya Vikas Academy at the Prototyping Lab in Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda Margao Goa. The session was held on 12th August, 2022.
The following topics were stressed upon during the session :
1) The working of laser cutting machines.
2) The operation of 3D printing.
3) Print bipedal robots.
4) The fundamentals of robots.
5) Building a robot and programming it.
The workshop proved to be beneficial to the students as it exposed them to the various techniques and applications involved in the 3D printing field. The students were also provided with an opportunity to get hands-on practice on assembling “Otto” the robot,
and explore their creativity by trying their hands on the 3D pens.
