National Mathematics Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at our school to honor the birth anniversary of the legendary mathematician, Srinivasa Ramanujan.
The event aimed to highlight the significance of mathematics in daily life and inspire students to develop an interest in the subject.
A short presentation showcasing Ramanujan’s life and achievements was screened to provide students with insights into his extraordinary journey, followed by skit, dance and quiz.
Students gained a deeper appreciation for the beauty and importance of mathematics in their lives. They learned about the contributions of Ramanujan and felt inspired to explore mathematical concepts beyond the classroom. The event also instilled a sense of curiosity and motivated them to approach mathematics with greater confidence and enthusiasm.
