No School Bag Day for the Primary Section was held on 28th June,2024 with the theme “Showers of Inspiration.”
Students came dressed in various shades of blue and participated in a series of engaging activities. They recited poems such as “Barish Aayi Cham” in Hindi and “Pad Re Pawsa” in Konkani. The children also sang “Rain Drops Falling” and created a paper collage of a rainbow. They shared their stories about “My First Rain Experience” and coloured cheerful frogs in “Froggy Fun.” Additionally, they made paper boats, illustrated comic strips about rainy days, and took part in an extempore activity on “Who Inspires Me?”
The highlight of the day was “Cloud in a Jar” activity where the students experimented on how water in the atmosphere can become visible through changes in pressure and temperature.
It was a fun-filled day, rich with learning about rain and its wonders.
