In recognition of the importance of sports in a child’s life, Pre-Primary section of Vidya Vikas Academy celebrated its Annual Sports Day on 26th November , 2022.
The event took place in the spacious playground of the school. Mr. Socorro George Vaz, founder YFA ( Youth Futsal Academy ) graced the occasion as the chief guest.
The afternoon began by the symbolic lighting of the torch and march past by the students of the Pre- Primary section. This was followed by enthusiastic drill performances. Further the budding sports stars participated in various races and class game’s with full vigour. It was a delight to see the excitement with which children challenged themselves.
A special game conducted for the parents attracted much applause.
The winners were awarded by the chief guest.
The event concluded with lowering of the school flag and singing of the National Anthem followed by light refreshments.
