Students of Vidya Vikas Academy participated in the Science Exhibition organized by Shree Damodar Higher Secondary School of Science at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao on December 6th and 7th, 2023. The aim of the event was to foster scientific curiosity and creativity among students.
Students from Vidya Vikas Academy showcased exceptional talent in the projects. Alyssa Fernandes from Class 7B presented a Mobile Charging Cycle, while Jagrit Jain and Shivanshu Gupta from Class 9A and 9B developed an Ambulance Calling System. From Class 11A, Ishayu Samant and Nathan Da Silva’s presented Vertical Turbines project and Dimpsy Goes and Esther’s from Class 11B presented Sign Language to Audio project. All projects of Vidya Vikas Academy received commendation for their ingenuity. Notably, the Vertical Turbines project, by Ishayu Samant and Nathan Da Silva from 11A, secured the third position.
The main attractions of the event included engaging demonstrations, interactive displays, and insightful discussions among students and visitors. Attendees gained a deeper appreciation for science and technology through the practical application of innovative ideas.
The exhibition was the exposure to real-world problem-solving and the encouragement of collaborative learning. Overall, the Science Exhibition provided a platform for students to showcase their creativity, contributing to a valuable learning experience for both participants and attendees alike.
