The Primary Section of VVA organized a Solo Dance Contest as the ‘Activity of the Month’ of January 2024.
The Objective was to celebrate the rich culture diversity of Indian music as well as to enhance the students’ creativity and passion for dance, thus encouraging a holistic development.
The student participants of class 1 to 5 danced to different Indian songs of their choice. The contest had two rounds. The first round all the students participated in class the best 8 were selected on facial expressions, body language, selection of songs & choreography.
In the second round 5 students were selected for their passion & choreography in their dance performance.
