‘ART SPEAKS WHERE WORDS ARE UNABLE TO EXPRESS.’
On 17th July ’21, Vidya Vikas Academy organized a Virtual Art exhibition 2021 for students of classes 6 to 10 .
The objective of this activity was to allow students to choose their own distinct space to create visuals that are based on artistic works and unique areas of their interests.
Students from all senior classes spent hours, every day making sketches and paintings that manifest the theme
ART SPEAKS WHERE WORDS ARE UNABLE TO EXPRESS.
The spectrum on display showcased aboriginal dot paintings, book cover designs , paintings inspired by the artist Jamini Roy, 2D paintings in oil pastels and paints, portraits, still life, Lippan art of Kutch, wealth out of waste and other craftworks.
‘BATTLING COVID’- a 7ft by 4ft mural done at VVA using metal scrap and e waste was also on display.
This exhibition enabled our young talents to beautifully craft their feelings and expressions on paper.
It was a great learning experience for all.
Thank you dear students for making this show a grand success.
