In April, the STEAM Lab was bustling with activities as students from Class 1 and 2 embarked on individual projects, showcasing their creativity and applying their learning across STEAM subjects. With the freedom to choose their project topics, students explored a wide range of concepts, from basic physics principles to coding projects and artistic endeavours. This initiative not only encouraged critical thinking and problem-solving but also provided students with a platform to showcase their unique talents.
Additionally, the STEAM Lab hosted a 12-day Summer Camp catering to two distinct batches. Batch 1, comprising Class 1 and 2 students, engaged in STEAM Fun activities aimed at sparking curiosity and fostering a love for learning. Through interactive experiments, engineering challenges, and artistic projects, students explored the wonders of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Meanwhile, Batch 2, consisting of Class 3, 4, and 5 students, delved into the world of 3D printing. Over the course of the camp, participants gained hands-on experience with 3D modelling software, designed their own prototypes, and learned about the applications of additive manufacturing in various industries.
In April, the STEAM Lab was characterised by a diverse range of activities aimed at nurturing creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills among students. From individual projects allowing for personal exploration to immersive Summer Camp experiences tailored to different age groups and focus areas, students were provided with opportunities to apply their knowledge, collaborate with peers, and envision the possibilities of STEAM in addressing real-world challenges.
