World Gratitude Day is celebrated on the 21st of September every year. Our school observed this day through a special assembly which was conducted in the activity hall for the students of class 4 A B C on the 27th of September. The participants for the same were the students from classes 2-4.
The assembly began with the description of ‘Gratitude Day ‘ followed by the history of the same. Some tips to be grateful were shared. A beautiful Hindi Kavita was presented by the student; which was followed by an amazing performance based on the theme. To understand the importance of being grateful, students from the audience were allowed to express their gratitude. The students participated wholeheartedly and shared their gratitude. Lastly, the assembly ended with a video of a short film on gratitude.
