PRE PRIMARY ANNUAL SPORTS FESTIVAL

The Annual Pre-Primary Sports Festival, themed “Colours of the Rainbow,” was held with an objective to foster physical coordination, creativity, and a sense of teamwork while promoting the values of unity, participation, and sportsmanship.  The festival was held on January 18, 2025, at Shree Damodar Educational Campus, with Mr. Clencio Pinto, I-League football player, as the Chief Guest.

The event began with a formal assembly, flag hoisting, torch relay, and an energetic Pre-Primary Band performance. The High School Band led the Pre-Primary March Past, showcasing discipline and unity as the students marched in perfect synchrony. Vibrant games and thematic drills, such as “Wings of Wonder” and “Prismatic Twirl,” highlighted teamwork, creativity, and coordination, while races fostered healthy competition and enthusiasm among the children.

Mr. Clencio Pinto delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the role of sports in building confidence, resilience, and overall holistic development. The day concluded with the prize distribution and National Anthem, leaving the audience with lasting memories of unity, celebration, and the vibrant energy of the children

A key takeaway from the event was the importance of participation and inclusivity, as every child was rewarded with a gift for their involvement, ensuring that the focus remained on effort and joy rather than competition.    Parents actively participated in the “Bombarding the Rainbow” game, further reinforcing the spirit of community and collaboration.
