Vidya Vikas Academy organized the ‘Mock Parliament’ as an activity of the month on 20th December 2023 for the students of class 9. The primary objective of this activity was to provide participants with a simulated experience of parliamentary proceedings, allowing them to understand and engage in the democratic process.
The topic for the Mock Parliament was ‘The Consumer Protection Bill’. The participants, divided into ruling and opposition parties, engaged in debates and discussions to pass the bill.
‘The Mock Parliament’ not only provided a dynamic platform for participants to delve into legislative processes but also served as a spark for holistic learning.
